Return to Off Season Two Way Player Program

This program is for athletes who want to continue to develop as both a position player and a pitcher.   The athlete has two (2) sessions per week of both hitting and pitching training.  

The athletes  work on their swing in addition to having a throwing and pitching program.  Some athletes will choose to do both hitting and pitching the same day.
