WHAT TO EXPECT TO GET OUT OF OUR PROGRAM:
1. LEARN AND BECOME PROFICIENT IN A DYNAMIC WARMUP.
2. LEARN THE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS OF RESISTANCE TRAINING.
3. CREATE AND REFINE PROPER BODY MECHANICS.
4. LEARN THROUGH DRILLS AND GAMES TO INCREASE EFFICENCY IN MULTIDIRECTIONAL MOVEMENTS.
5. LEARN ABOUT PROPER RECOVERY, SLEEP, AND NUTRTION.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
ORGANIZED PROGRAMING TO HELP DEVELOP THE YOUTH ATHLETES.
EXPERIENCED COACHING WITH YOUTH.
HIGH ENERGY.
HOW IT WILL BE RAN:
IT WILL BE RAN AT POWERHOUSE SPORTS INSIDE, 2 DAYS A WEEK, 1 HOUR SESSIONS. IT WILL BE RAN BY THE POWERHOUSE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING STAFF (JON AND CORY).
